Birth Injury Clients receive 2.9 Million Dollars

Recently, clients that called attorney Jason Waechter with their son's birth injury case received 2.9 million dollars.  Their son was born with Cerebral Palsy because of a doctor's actions.  

Cerebral Palsy is a non progressive disorder of movement and posture resulting from damage to the brain during birth.  Many times Cerebral Palsy occurs when the oxygen supply is inadequate or cut off from the baby's brain.  Medically, this is called Hypoxia.  

In pursuing the case, Attorney Waechter assembled a team of attorneys, nurses, doctors, investigators and expert witnesses.  The costs outlaid by the team to pursue the matter were over $25,000; no expense was spared. This was just one instance.  We are working on many others.  For example, a young doctor went against his superior, doctor's orders and attempted to deliver a baby by himself.  The young doctor pulled on the baby's head so hard that he caused the infant to have nerve damage.  The child has no use of his right arm or facial muscles.
